What are your delivery and shipping fees?

  • Within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA): We are pleased to offer complimentary local delivery.
  • Outside the GTA: We provide special, discounted shipping rates. As prices may vary by location, we recommend emailing or messaging us before you place your order to receive a precise shipping quote.

I like a favor, but I'd prefer a different box or packaging. Is that possible?

Absolutely! We love helping you create the perfect look. You have two great options:

  1. Add-on a Gift Box: You can upgrade your order by adding one of our premium gift boxes.
  2. Swap Your Packaging: If you see packaging you love on another one of our listings, we can swap it for you at a special price.

How long does it take to make the wedding favors?

Our standard timeline is as follows:

  • Design & Confirmation (1-2 Business Days): Once your order is placed, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to begin confirming your design, scent, and all the fine details.
  • Production (7-15 Business Days): After we receive your final approval on everything, our team will begin handcrafting your favors. This process typically takes 7-15 business days.

I've placed my order. What happens next?

Congratulations on taking the first step! Here’s what you can expect:

  1. We'll Reach Out: Please allow us 1-2 business days to contact you regarding your order.
  2. Scent Customization: We will invite you to our Markham studio for a personalized scent-customization experience. If you are outside of Toronto or unable to visit, we will happily ship a scent sample kit to you.
  3. Final Approval: Before production begins, you will receive a final confirmation email detailing your chosen scent, sticker design, and all other specifications. We will only start making your order once we have your official sign-off.

Are the wedding favors returnable?

No. As all of our wedding favors are custom-made and personalized products, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns once production has started. We ensure you are 100% happy with all design details before we begin crafting them.

Can you deliver and set up the favors at my venue on the wedding day?

Yes, we do! We offer a premium "Day-Of Delivery & Setup" add-on service. For an extra charge, our team will deliver your favors to the venue at your required time and carefully place them for you. Please contact us for a personalized quote for this service.
