Shipping Policy

  1. Local Delivery (GTA & Surrounding Areas)
    • We provide next-business-day delivery to specific zones within the Greater Toronto Area using our trusted courier partners: BoxKnight, FleetNow, and Intelcom.
      • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 10:00 AM EST (Monday–Friday) will be delivered the next business day.  
      • Address Eligibility: We deliver only to specific postal codes. You can validate your address at checkout to see if you qualify.  
      • Delivery Instructions: Please provide buzz codes, gate codes, or specific drop-off instructions at checkout. If you are unavailable, packages will be left with a concierge or in a safe spot as instructed.  
      • Re-Delivery: A fee will apply for delivery re-attempts if the courier is unable to access your address (excluding extreme weather conditions).  
      • Signature Confirmation: For security, a signature is required for all local delivery orders over $100 CAD.
    • Local Rates & Zones  As of 2026, our delivery zones have been updated to reflect our customized service areas.  
      • Zone Delivery Fee Free Shipping Threshold
        Zone 1: Neighbour & Highway Free No Minimum Required
        Zone 2: Metro GTA $15   Free on orders over $125
      • Zone 1 (Neighbour): Includes our immediate headquarters area and the Hwy 404 corridor (Markham, Richmond Hill, North York).
      • Zone 2 (Metro GTA): Includes Toronto, Scarborough, Vaughan, Peel Region, and Durham Region.
  2. Domestic Shipping (Canada)
    • We ship nationwide via Canada Post and Chit Chats. Shipping costs and transit times are calculated at checkout based on package weight and size.
      • Standard Shipping:  
        • FREE on orders of $80 CAD and up.  
        • $17 CAD flat fee for orders under $80 CAD.  
      • Express Service:  
        • $28 CAD flat fee (available for orders up to $130 CAD).  
        • Transit time: 1–2 business days after fulfillment.  
      • Oversized Items: Special shipping rates apply to large items.
  3. International Shipping (United States)
    • We ship to the U.S. using USPS and international partners.  
      • Standard Shipping:  
        • FREE on orders over $200 USD.  
        • $10 USD flat fee for orders under $80 USD.  
        • $25 USD flat fee for orders between $80 USD – $200 USD.  
      • Express Service:  
        • $34 USD flat fee (available for orders up to $250 USD).  
        • Transit time: 2–3 business days after fulfillment.  
      • Customs & Duties: Due to current trade regulations, some orders may experience customs delays. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.
  4. Tracking & Support
    • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is fulfilled.
