1. Final Sale Policy All sales are considered final due to the bespoke nature of our products. Each item is individually crafted, and therefore, slight variations in measurements and appearance from the photos may occur. These characteristics are part of what makes our products special and unique.

2. Damage During Shipping If your order arrives damaged, we are here to assist you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email at fulfillment@lerouge.life or through our online chat for a prompt response. To expedite the process, kindly provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

3. Exchange Policy In cases of damage, we offer an exchange for the same item, subject to availability. If the item is unavailable, we will provide a store credit or a refund at your preference. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the damage was due to a shipping error on our part.

4. Shipping Costs For exchanges due to damage during shipping, Le Rouge will cover the return shipping costs. For all other exchanges or returns, the customer is responsible for shipping expenses.

5. Custom and Personalized Items Please note that custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
